Now… The Adventure of Retirement
In 1999, out of the clear blue, I felt called to study hypnosis. I had no idea why, but I knew the message was from God, so I followed where it led. A few months ago, another message came through just as clearly as the first: that it is time for me to retire from active practice. I will admit that hearing this was far more difficult than I imagined—but I trust the same guidance that brought me to this work.

Over the past 26 years, it has been a profound joy and privilege to help clients understand the mind-body-spirit connection, the power of the subconscious mind, and the importance of resolving the underlying cause of an issue rather than simply addressing symptoms. Hypnosis is a remarkable tool that can support healing and transformation on mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

I will be retiring from active practice at the end of April 2026. I am deeply grateful to those who trusted me to walk beside them as they discovered their own path forward.

With love and gratitude, Donna

What Is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis to treat a variety of emotional, physical and behavioral problems. Hypnosis is a state of consciousness in which people are highly receptive to suggestion and direction. Consulting Hypnotists use guided relaxation and concentration techniques to help clients:

Self Discover
Hypnosis helps clients self-discover events and issues affecting their beliefs, attitudes and performance.
Initiate Change
Helpful ideas and suggestions are communicated directly to the subconscious part of the mind.
